Role Purpose

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation: Lead or participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from planning to execution phases.
2. Customization: Customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.
3. Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs and best practices.
4. Integration: Integrate SAP S/4HANA with other systems within the organization's landscape.
5. Data Migration: Oversee or perform data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
6. Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and integrity of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
7. Training: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SAP S/4HANA configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) working with SAP ERP systems, with specific experience in SAP S/4HANA.
3. Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
4. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), etc.
5. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization.
6. Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Certification in SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory.
